This olive oil tastes REALLY good and you can tell it’s a higher quality right away, the functionality is great for cooking or even just drizzling over food, it has a smooth flavor with a slight richness and a clean finish, not too heavy or bitter, just a nice balanced taste that works with a lot of dishes, I LOVE that it doesn’t have that harsh aftertaste some oils can have, the bottle is 16.9 oz and feels solid and well made, and the packaging looks nice too, the pour is easy and controlled so you don’t end up wasting it, overall it feels like a premium product and performs like one, I do think it’s a good value for the money if you want something a step up from basic olive oil
