About Ootopia
At Ootopia, we believe exceptional olive oil begins long before the bottle.
It starts in the hills of Ermioni, Greece, where generations of experience, careful cultivation, and respect for the land come together to produce extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.
Our oils are crafted from olives grown on a single estate overlooking the Argolic Gulf in the Peloponnese. Every harvest is guided by a simple philosophy: quality comes from attention to detail. From early harvest timing and responsible farming practices to immediate milling and bottling, every step is designed to preserve freshness, character, and authenticity.
Today, Ootopia produces three distinctive expressions:
Manaki — a rare Greek variety celebrated for its elegance, balance, and refined flavor.
Koroneiki — Greece’s most recognized olive variety, known for its vibrant character, complexity, and intensity.
Estate Blend — a carefully crafted combination of Manaki and Koroneiki that brings together the best qualities of both.
Our commitment to quality extends beyond the grove. Every harvest is independently tested, and our oils have earned recognition from some of the world’s most respected olive oil competitions, including multiple Gold Awards at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC), Best of Greece recognition from EVO IOOC Italy, and awards from international competitions across Europe and Asia.
In North America, Ootopia is proudly imported and distributed by T & C Import and Distribution, founded by Timothy Fanning and Clint Avara. What began as a shared appreciation for exceptional olive oil has grown into a mission to connect more people with authentic Greek extra virgin olive oil crafted with integrity and transparency.
