Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles of olive oil.

Unopened products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unopened and unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at 561-603-4725 with your name, order number, and reason for return before shipping anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 561-603-4725. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
