This year, Ootopia was proud to be featured during the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago as part of the European Union’s presentation of premium European food products.

Representing Greece alongside respected producers from across Europe, Ootopia was showcased within the European Union pavilion during one of the food industry’s most recognized international gatherings.

For us, the experience represented more than a trade show appearance.

It was a reminder that authentic products, thoughtful craftsmanship, and strong agricultural traditions continue to matter in a world increasingly filled with shortcuts and mass production.

At the event, guests had the opportunity to experience Ootopia Manaki alongside a curated presentation of European olive oils and culinary products. Conversations centered around freshness, harvest practices, flavor, traceability, and what truly defines exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

We were also honored to spend time with Emily Lycopolus, whose work educating consumers and chefs about olive oil quality has helped elevate appreciation for authentic extra virgin olive oil throughout North America.

From Ermioni, Greece to Chicago, moments like this reinforce the direction we continue to move toward:
